Maxim Telecommunications Ltd (mtell) is a Managed Service Provider leveraging Professional Services and IT/Telecoms expertise which has been gained over a period of 30 years by Mark Randall and Vic Mistry.

Mark Randall

 

Mark has sixteen years experience in managing successful business units in the IT and Telecoms Market place. Prior to joining Maxim Telecommunications, Mark served as the UK Country Manager for International Network Service and was the Interim BT 21CN Programme Director for Alcatel delivering the initial IP Management Subsystem to BT for their broadband network.

 

Mark was one of the founder members of Broadband Technologies where he performed the role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for the design and development of the infrastructure, products and services, and route to market plan for this start up broadband provider. In addition to these major roles Mark has also held senior management roles at Lucent Technologies, Telewest (Virgin Media) and AT&T.

 

Mark holds a BSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College.

 

Vic Mistry

 

Vic has twenty six years experience in Senior Management roles at Wang, Pitney Bowes, British Telecom and West Midlands Networking Company, delivering multiple concurrent large projects within the private, public and government sectors. Vic also founded Clone Systems, a PC build and supply business specialising in image processing. Major clients included the Dental Practice Board, Citibank and Getty Images.

 

The experience and knowledge provided by working with these Blue Chip Organisations helped Vic establish the Maxim Group of Companies, which include Maxim Finance Ltd, Maxim Telecoms Ltd, and Maxim Securities Ltd.

 

Vic also holds a BEng in Computer Science from Imperial College.
